Executive Director

With decades of experience working in the senior living industry, Chris – whose background is in finance and human resources – has had the opportunity to learn from some of the top senior living executives in the Midwest. He joined Rose Blumkin Jewish Home in 2012 as controller and has served as executive director since 2016. His experience has helped position the Rose Blumkin Jewish Home as a leader among Nebraska long term care providers.

Assistant Administrator

Before joining the Rose Blumkin Jewish Home in 2017, Jerry was a nursing services surveyor with the long-term care survey team for the state of Nebraska. His knowledge of state and federal regulations, in addition to over 30 years’ experience providing healthcare in various capacities in Omaha, has been invaluable to the management team at RBJH. He has lead a number of IT initiatives at the Home as well, upgrading various systems and implementing new ones. Jerry is also active in leadership roles with the Omaha Health Care Coalition and is the Education Co-Chair for LeadingAge Nebraska.

Colin Heskin

Colin Heskin

Director of Social Services

Another Omaha native, Colin began his tenure with the Rose Blumkin Jewish Home as the Operations Intern while working towards a degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska, Omaha. After completing his degree, Colin worked as a social worker doing case management for refugees and immigrants, refining his innate skill for helping those in need. In 2021, Colin came back to the Home as a full-time social worker because he wanted to give back to the community that helped him grow as a professional. Colin’s empathy and compassion help him build relationships with Residents and their families, which is what makes him so successful at resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Jennifer Addison

Director of Food Services

Jennifer began her career with the Rose Blumkin Jewish Home in 2012 as a frontline staff member in the dietary department. Shortly after, she transitioned to dietary supervisor, where she remained until late 2017. Jennifer moved into the role of Director of environmental services and laundry where she spent the next 7 years. In late 2023 she stepped back into dietary to help with day-to-day operations, and in 2024 Jennifer accepted the role of Director of Food Services. Jennifer’s continued hard work and hands-on approach have made her a valuable member of our management team.

Michelle Alberts

Executive Assistant & Office Manager

A California native, Michelle moved to Omaha a decade ago. She has combined her creativity with years of administrative experience in the role of Executive Assistant for nonprofits, like the San Francisco Symphony and Omaha Performing Arts. Michelle joined RBJH in 2015 as Executive Assistant and never looked back.

Margaret (Maggie) Conti

Margaret (Maggie) Conti

Director of Activities & Volunteer Services

Each day in the life of a resident of Rose Blumkin Jewish Home is filled with fun and interesting things to do. Maggie plays an important role in making this possible. She has worked with seniors her entire adult life and began her career at the Rose Blumkin Jewish Home in 1990 as the activities assistant. She now oversees the activities staff and volunteer coordinator. Maggie also works with community seniors on various monthly programming, helping to keep them as independent as possible.

Erika Lucoff

Director of Admissions

Erika is a native of New York. She obtained a master’s degree in social work from Hunter College School of Social Work in New York City.  She has worked in a variety of settings with many different populations throughout her career.  In 2008 she and her family moved to Omaha from Minnesota, where she worked for the Minneapolis Jewish Federation for 5 years.  In 2016 she began working at the Rose Blumkin Jewish Home as the Admissions Coordinator, before taking on the position of Director of Admissions in 2022.  In this role she has engaged with families and residents helping to support them through the resident’s transition to the facility, which can be a challenging time.

Erin Leutzinger

Director of Nursing

Erin has been working as an RN for more than two decades, and officially holds the title of Most Positions Worked by One Person at RBJH! Graduating with her ADN from SCC in 2001, and received her BSN from Nebraska Methodist College of Nursing in 2017. While still in school, Erin began her career with RBJH in 2002 as a charge nurse, eventually transitioning to evening house supervisor, and was later promoted to nurse manager. After leaving RBJH to pursue a career in acute rehabilitation for five years, she happily returned to RBJH in 2022 as Infection Control Preventionist & Nurse Manager, with a focus on staff development. In 2024, Erin’s career hit another big milestone, becoming Director of Nursing at RBJH.

Erin has a passion for geriatrics and strives to keep up with the latest clinical practices and gold standards of care to ensure our residents receive the best care possible.
