At Rose Blumkin Jewish Home, we try to make your care decision a pleasant process. Do I have to be Jewish to come to the Rose Blumkin Jewish Home?
No. While the mission of the Rose Blumkin Jewish Home is to care for the needs of the Jewish elderly, we welcome residents of diverse backgrounds and faiths.

How do I arrange a tour?

What is your admission process and/or requirements?
A Rose Blumkin Jewish Home social worker will meet with each new resident and their family members to provide support and information through the admission process. We’ll discuss goals to accomplish and assist with anything affecting the adjustment to making Rose Blumkin Jewish Home “home.” We’ll also assist with receiving insurance benefits and make referrals for ancillary or community services as needed.

What types of therapy services are provided?
Our full-time Therapy Department provides physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation suite. Our staff also includes a restorative therapist who works with residents to maintain their strength and mobility.

In addition, Rose Blumkin Jewish Home offers a therapy-driven Wellness Program that consists of weights, various exercise equipment and core strengthening.

What forms of payment or insurance are accepted?
Rose Blumkin Jewish Home is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified nursing home. We accept a wide variety of supplemental and long-term care policies and are available to check your specific situation. Please contact our Admissions Department at 402-374-4075 or email us at elucoff@rbjh.com.
