
Dr. Anthony Hatcher, D.O., CMD, FAAFP

Dr. Anthony Hatcher is a board-certified family physician and Certified Medical Director with more than nine years of dedicated leadership in senior living, post-acute, and long-term care settings. He serves as medical director for multiple skilled nursing and assisted living communities, providing clinical oversight focused on quality outcomes, regulatory excellence, and resident-centered care. Dr. Hatcher brings extensive experience in population health, value-based care, and interdisciplinary team leadership across long-term care settings. He served 10 years in the United States Air Force as a Flight Surgeon, followed by 20 years practicing as a family physician with Alegent/CHI Health. Dr. Hatcher has also served on the Board of Directors for CHI Health and Immanuel Communities, where he held the role of Secretary Treasurer for both boards.
Dr. Hatcher is the President of Nebraska Health Care Quality Partners, a clinically integrated network supporting quality improvement and cost-effective care delivery across skilled nursing facilities. He is also an active member of the American Health Care Association Clinical Care and Quality Committees, contributing to national initiatives that advance clinical standards and outcomes in long-term care. As the Medical Director of Advanced Mobile Medicine, Dr. Hatcher partners with facility leadership and care teams to improve continuity of care and deliver the highest quality care for residents and their families.
Valerie Anderson, DNP, MSN-Ed, APRN, FNP-C

Valerie Anderson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than two decades of nursing, advanced practice, and academic leadership experience. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing Education degrees from Nebraska Methodist College, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Valerie’s background combines clinical excellence with a strong foundation in education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
At Advanced Mobile Medicine, Valerie provides comprehensive on-site care to residents in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, memory support, and hospice settings. Her practice emphasizes structured rounding, safe care transitions, and close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and families. Known for her compassionate approach and clinical depth, Valerie is committed to improving access, continuity, and outcomes for seniors with complex medical needs.
